Ethos

We believe books are a vital resource. They support literacy, promote imagination, and play a positive role in the mental health of many people.

We also want books to be affordable and accessible, so, we work to keep our discounts high. We don't have the buying power of places like Amazon and Waterstones, or the ability to skip the wholesaler and go direct to the publisher. But we will be competitively priced and you won't need to wait for a voucher or sale; our discounts are permanent.

Firm Sale Items

These are non-refundable and typically printed on demand. Dispatch averages 10 working days. If your order contains a print-on-demand item it will not be dispatched until all items are available.

We make every effort to identify firm sale items on the product page, though human error can occur. If the book is listed under 'Indie' then it is a firm sale product. Some mainstream books are also 'firm sale'.
